Buffering is usually caused by a slow or unstable internet connection. First, try switching from Wi-Fi to a wired Ethernet connection — this makes a significant difference. If you must use Wi-Fi, move your device closer to the router. You can also try selecting a different stream quality in your IPTV app settings, or switching to a different server if your app offers multiple server options. If the issue persists, contact our support team and we'll investigate.
EPG data loads automatically after you log in with your subscription credentials. In IPTV Smarters Pro, the EPG should populate within 2–5 minutes of login. In TiviMate, go to Settings → Playlists → your playlist and manually trigger an EPG refresh if it hasn't loaded. If the EPG still doesn't appear after 10 minutes, contact our support team.
