All prices are inclusive of applicable UK taxes. Payments are processed via Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will send a reminder email before any renewal charge is applied.
We offer a 24-hour free trial to new subscribers. No credit card is required for the trial period. The trial provides full access to all Service features. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to inactive status unless you choose to purchase a subscription. We reserve the right to limit free trial usage to one per household or IP address.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. For monthly subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For annual subscriptions, we offer a pro-rata refund for any unused complete months remaining at the time of cancellation, at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued where: the subscription has been used normally and no service fault has occurred; the cancellation request is received fewer than 24 hours before renewal; or the subscriber has violated these Terms, resulting in suspension of service.

We endeavour to provide the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and target a 99.9% uptime SLA. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for disruptions caused by: scheduled maintenance (notified in advance where possible); force majeure events; your internet service provider or broadband connection; third-party content licensing changes that affect channel availability; or factors outside our reasonable control.
In the event of significant unplanned downtime affecting a large number of subscribers, we will endeavour to provide service credits at our discretion.
The channels and content available through the Service may change from time to time. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel or content at any given time. Channel additions and removals may occur without prior notice, though we aim to maintain and expand our channel lineup continuously.
All content, branding, software and design elements on the Best IPTV UK website are owned by or licensed to us and protected by UK copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or distribute any part of our website content without our express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Best IPTV UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in subscription fees in the 3 months prior to the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as otherwise provided in these Terms or required by UK law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case the courts of your home jurisdiction will also have jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms affects those statutory rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Service in a way that is harmful to other subscribers or our infrastructure.
